I think one of my contacts may have been blacklisted - how can I check this?

You can check a mail address or mail server at www.dnsstuff.com they have an online Spam Database Lookup tool that will check to see if server / IP address has been placed on a spam black list.

If you can't find any listing please forward the error message you've received on to our support team who will be able to investigate further.
