Cloaked domain frameset code

I've uploaded a website that passes (XHTML 1.1 & CSS 2.1) W3C validation, but when checked online the validator throws up numerous errors due to the frameset code (HTML 4.01). Is there anything I can do about this (other than the temporary measure of using unframed redirect)?
