Help - my .eu domain has gone into quarantine. How can I make sure I dont lose it? Thanks

Hi Alex, please call our customer support team on 0845 3662467, we can retrieve the domain from the registry and instate the current registration however there is a penalty fee applied by Eurid the .eu naming authority.
