Default Registerfly Renewal Problem

I'm really stuck, I tried to renew two domain with registerfly however they did not seem to get renewed and I was charged for both of them. I have tried to contact them but had no use.

The domains have expired now and it's extremely annoying. I tried to transfer them to enom, but I need a code number.

Can anyone help me?

As the domain has expired you can only renew it from the current company you've registered it with, I had a similar problem with another company.

You can either renew or let the domain expire and then re-registered it.

I've been reading that register fly had their ICANN accreditation removed for not resolving ongoing technical problems, now what can I do, does anyone have a suggestion.

The domain code is now being displayed within the control panel but as the domains expired and is suspended I can't transfer it, from what I understand I have two options either to attempt to renew the domain with register fly or let the domain drop and attempt to register it again, neither of which I comfortable with, is there another option?

What TLD is it? Is there away to go direct to the registry to get them to release it - especially if they have taken away Registerflys accreditation.

75,000 domains is a lot to let expire! Am i right in thinking this is all due to a legal wrangle between the owner?
