Hi,

How long after the renewal date will a .co.uk domain name become available for a different person to register it?

The domain I want expired two weeks ago, how long will it take before the domain is free so i can register it???

Ahha...I'm a little expert in this one! Basically, if you don't renew, Nominet send you an invoice after 7 days, giving you 30 days to pay up (So 37 days at this point). If you don't pay within the 37 days, they then suspend the domain and all services associated with it for 60 days after which point it's yours. At any point during this entire period you can still restore your domain, but for a premium fee. I had one just like this and couldn't find anyone that would take care of the mess. People where only interested in a straight new domain or renewal within the given period, but anyway, those are the rules.
