There's no requirement that you need to have legal rights to a domain name, unless you are infringing on an existing company name.

As for trading off of a website: it sounds like you are already incorporated so theres nothing to stop you...

Default legal stuff

If you would like to discuss your options and what domains are available you can contact our support team on 0845 3662467 who will be happy to assist you.

There's no legal reason why you can't trade online under your domains, domains are sold on a first come first serve basis. Once registered you can be up and running with email services within 24 hrs of registration.

Someone has approached me to buy my domain name. I would like to sell it - what would be the best way to go about this?
