Default Domain forwarding for SEO!??!

I have a number of domains registered with Domain Monster and my hosting is with Host Papa.

Host Papa has one master domain and then all the other websites are folders within the main domian. This means that Domain monster has to point to the new domain as a cloak which is proving not to be correct for SEO.

Host Papa says there is a problem with the DNS so I can't set up parked domains.

What am I doing wrong or how do I fix so that I can have many sites hosted, with their own domain names which can be SEO'd correctly?

Any ideas (in basic lay terms if possible - I'm quite a noob!)

I think you cannot get domain names for free. Domain names are used in various networking contexts and application-specific naming and addressing purposes.
