Default anna nicole smith's child domain for sale

Just wondering if anyone saw that Dannielynnbirkhead.com has been registered and is now up for sale on ebay for $1 Million. A doctor regged the name when the kids father was not known and guessed the right dad! It only cost him $5 to reg. Not bad work if you can find it.

I'd shocked if he gets that for it, would he not have a legal right to put in a domain dispute claim against the domain? From what I've been reading I think he would have a good case...

I think the claimant has to prove an awful lot of stuff to grab a domain name back - they need to show that it's a trademark infringement and that it was registered in bad faith, so unless the kid's name is a trademark, the doctor will probably get off scott-free...

Pretty nasty thing to do though. I think it happened to Britney's offspring as well

EBay appears to be the 'get rich quick' resource for alot of people trying to make fast money!

Just recently, the new XBOX game HALO3 had been sold by the ARGOS shopping store 3 or 4 days early (before the official release date). As soon as it was realised, Argos stopped selling the game.

But some had already bought it and had it up for sale on EBay for upto £150!
Same goes for alot of new technology - someone stands in a queue for hours on the release date, buys 5, then jumps straight on flea-bay and sells them for stupid prices.

But then, there must be demand, as 'mugs' still choose to pay wildly inflated prices for a product that is new today......... but old tomorrow!
