Is there a way of doing a price search on hundreds of domain companies for the best price on a domain name or would you have to search through them individually?

Most of the main domain name sites seem to have a comparison page where they flaunt their domain costs over their competitors.

I have found in the past though, that the initial cost isn't necessarily the best thing to go on.

Some companies will charge you if you want to transfer away the domain name in the future, also the control panels ease of use and what you can do within the control panel often becomes a big factor.
