Default DNS on Transfer Out

I transfered a Domain away from my Domainmonster.com account, but wanted to continue to use the DNS on your name servers. It worked for a while but it does not seem to be working any more. I still have plenty of other domains with you, so can i set up stand-alone DNS hosting for it?

Default DNS on Transfer Out

Once you've transferred a domain away any services will be disabled as the DNS records for the domain will be removed with 48 hrs. You will need to configure and DNS with your new provider.

We give you a grace period from when the domain is transferred out to allow for any configuration to be set up with your new provider.

phatCat,

Apologies for the delay in replying. Since the post on 12th Nov 2006 our policy has changed. All hosted DNS is removed once the transfer has been completed.

If for any reason you really need the DNS to remain hosted for a short period let us know and we should be able to arrange this.
