I'm trying to transfer my domain from domainmonster.com but the I keep getting a message saying i need the auth code to finish the process???

Where can I get the auth code from I've looked in the FAQ and my control panel but I can't find any reference to it?

Thank you for contacting the support team, the domain auth code allows the transfer between registrars to be confirmed, please can you PM me the domain you would like the auth code for and I'll make sure this is sent to you ASAP.

The auth code is always sent to the admin email contact for the domain.
